Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using Arrow Tap ("the app"), developed by MD Abdul Halim, under the name UniqueLab ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Arrow Tap is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app or its content.

2. Virtual items

Gold, diamonds, lives, hints and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. They may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

3. Leaderboard and fair play

• Choose a display name that is not offensive, hateful, misleading or someone else's personal information.
• Do not cheat, modify the app, or interfere with the leaderboard.
• We may remove names or entries, or reset scores, that break these rules.

4. Advertising

The app contains ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads and any websites or products they link to are the responsibility of the advertiser, not us.

5. Availability

Most of the game works offline. The leaderboard and ads need an internet connection. We may update, change or stop any part of the app at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, graphics, levels and code belong to the developer. Sound effects and music are used under their respective licences.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, progress or other damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
